I have been a customer of Payne's for a very long time. I have never had an issue with the service I received and have always been treated with respect. I am a single working mom and know very little about cars. I depend on Dennis, Jason and the crew to take car of my car. My last repair started when I needed new tires. This is the second set I have gotten from them. I am always crunched for time and hate being ripped off, so I called and asked them to order me a set, so I could avoid wasting my time. They wanted to know what type I wanted. (Yeah, I don't know crap about tires either). So I said " The same type you would put on your wife's car." He assured me he understood what I needed. I am not driving a sports car, so I don't need anything special! I just needed a good set are a reasonable price. When the tires were in, they called, we set up an appointment and they gave me a ride home. They called about an hour and a half later and explained that I needed new front break pads. It was going to be about $1000.00 for the tires, installation, alignment, and breaks. That was fine, I understand that breaks need replacing. Could I have had it done cheaper? Probably. Can I spend all my time running around, looking for a deal and maybe getting ripped off...you bet. They ordered me a good set of tires, started the work, saw that I was about to start having an even more expensive problem if I didn't get new break pads, took care of it, in a timely manner and actually saved me money, down the road. Would other mechanics have done the same? Maybe. Some would have just over charged me for the tires, talk me into something I didn't really need or let me drive off with bad breaks. Dennis, Jason and the mechanics at Payne's have earned my trust.

We had Payne's do the service of our MB350E 2013. The job was done on time, professionally and the staff was very courteous. The cost was very competitive relative to going to MB. When our 2012 Jaguar XJ is up for service we will be bringing this as well to Payne's.

I just can't say enough about these guys!!! I drive a 1998 Ford F-150 that Jason, Dennis and their wonderful crew take great care of. I am a SINGLE WOMAN and am always hesitant to try a new place, but these guys have been a true blessing. I have taken my vehicle to Payne's several times and have not been disappointed. They are always good to listen to my concerns and I have never felt ripped off by them. Plus, they do a great job at a fair price and never try to sell me something that I don't need. They are always good to explain things and help me understand what's going on with my vehicle. I would reccomend them to everyone. So, especially all you single women out there, go see Jason and Dennis at Payne's Automotive!

This is an honest family run business. They take care of my vehicles and the vehicles of my extended family. If they can take care of my 1973 MGB and my 2016 Subaru , they can take care of anything in between. Thank you Payne's Auto!

I drive a Volvo XC60 and I have the hardest time finding a shop that is even willing to do any work on my car beyond a basic oil change, until I found Payne's! Payne's Automotive has technicians more than qualified to work on both Domestic and European cars. They've always done an excellent job on my vehicle, and always deliver top notch customer service. I highly recommend these guys!

I will try to keep this brief; however, the story needs to be told to express my sincere thanks to Payne's Automotive, Jason, and Dennis.I have a 2013 Ford Fiesta. My tags were to expire on 12/31/16. Mid-December, my check engine light came on. I went to Sterling McCall Ford to investigate the light, get a LOF, tire rotation, and complete the state inspection. The dealership never delivered. They lied and wasted my time -- over weeks. My time at the holidays that I could have spent with my family was wasted on Sterling McCall Ford's ineptitude.Then goes 1/3/17. I have a fairly new vehicle that is not legal to drive. I was truly panicked. I looked at dps.texas.gov/rsd/VI/Mis… and through the grace of God found Payne's Automotive. I dropped my vehicle off yesterday, 1/4/17 at 15:00 CST. I picked it up with a passed state inspection today, 1/5/17 at 15:00 CST.What took a Ford dealer two weeks to obfuscate, took Payne's Automotive 24 hours to diagnose and repair.I have never been happier to pay a car repair invoice than I have been today.Thanks, Jason and Dennis!Ed Hill
