I have used Payne's for over 5 years now, and they have always been great service. They have done my oil changes, lubes, inspections, & have also replaced electric locks. They have always communicated clearly & promptly, I love their courtesy car, and they answer all my questions easily. I prefer a garage like this because they are helping watch over my car but leave all decisions up to me.

We moved to the area 2 years ago and started using Payne's for both of our cars because of its convenient location but have continued using them for their outstanding customer service. The waiting room is very clean and kid friendly. Their complementary shuttle service has saved my husband from having to leave work to drop off or pick up my car and vice versa. We feel we are treated fairly here and they are always willing to take the time to explain the issues with our cars.

Went in today around 3:00pm to update my inspection sticker. Customer service rocks, everyone is super friendly. I had to bring my toddler and was plesantly surprised with the waiting room...stocked with little toys, books and a TV. In and out in about 20 min. Will be back.

Great experience. Brought my vehicle in before work and they offered to courtesy shuttle me to work. Performed the service and vehicle inspection in great time. I needed a couple of extra things to pass inspection I thought I might need, but didn't tell them about. They called me and kept me informed during the whole process. Very trust worthy and I'll be bringing my vehicle back to them in the future.

spend 399$ to get my car fix. a week later same problem waste of money

The customer called a week after the work was performed stating the car was overheating again. We asked him to bring the car back in so we could verify our work. To date he has not returned and has not returned 3 phone calls. We stand behind our work with a 2 year, 24,000 mile warranty but can't do anything if the customer does not come back or communicate with us.
