We have been going to Payne's since 2011 and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. First car they kept on the road for us was a '97 Camry. Next came our 2015 Forester. Now that it's out of warranty we're back and couldn't be happier. It's a relief to be free to seek auto maintenance and repair somewhere other than the dealership. Customer service is the best.

Historically my family hadn't been one to make use of a professional shop, but my experience here had been a surprisingly pleasant one! Very professional service (can't go wrong with ASE certification) quite friendly and so far all the work I've had performed on two off my family's vehicles has been solid and on point, I am indeed one happy costumer.

I Love the customer service that paynes provides. I have a 2003 Tahoe with close to 300,000 miles that is still going strong .
