Awesome place. Knowledgeable, honest and super reliable. The only one issue for me at time is that the place is not open on Saturday (weekend). Many thanks for the great work on my truck. Update November 2019. The "service engine soon" light came on. Took my S2 pickup to Payne's. After diagnosis and replacement of needed parts, the truck drives like new for a 2002. Payne's closed shop early on that day so they delivered my truck to my work place. This is equivalent to Lexus service in my opinion. Many thanks again.

The company I work for, has used Payne's for years, whenever I have a problems with my work truck, I always come to them. Honest, dependable work is all I've ever experienced with these folks. Very friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. I wouldn't trust taking vehicles anywhere else.

A big thanks to Steve, Jason, and the staff at Payne's Automotive. They listened to me and were able to quickly diagnose the problem and repair my vehicle in a timely fashion. I had taken my vehicle to a different mechanic several months ago. Their mechanic said that there was nothing wrong with my transmission. Eventually, I scheduled an appointment with the service department. Upon my arrival I was told it would be 2.5 weeks before they could look at my vehicle. That would have been useful information when I made the appointment! I took it to another agency and they told me it would be 1 week. So, I made an appointment the following week. Well, it took them an additional week to look at my vehicle. They wanted $7,000 to tear down the transmission and replace it with a re-manufactured transmission. I declined the service and took my vehicle to Payne's with the paperwork from the Ford service department in hand. Steve politely accepted the paperwork but want to actually hear from me what was going on with my vehicle. Within a few hours, they called me to tell me exactly what I needed: a new transmission. I was told it would cost $5,700. I called them back the next day (Thursday) and told them to order the transmission which comes with a 3 yr/100,000 mile warranty. It was a better deal than the Ford Agency. I had my vehicle by Monday morning! Thank you so much for actually listening to the owner of the vehicle. It meant a lot to me!
