I have been going to Payne's Automotive for many years and the service is always excellent. I never have to go back for the same issue. They are very thorough and Jason takes the time to explain to you exactly what the problem is on a level where you can understand. Their shuttle service always takes me back home as soon as I arrive to drop off my vehicle and that means the world to me. They are certainly a 1 stop shop. I'm so glad that i live so close to them. Absolutely outstanding customer service. A month after a costly repair, came back for a check engine light which ended up being a minor issue (old engine, burning oil). No diagnostic charge for the return visit, and threw in a complimentary oil change. I will never take any of my vehicles to any other shop in Houston. You have won my business for life. Would rate higher than 5 stars if I could.

I highly recommend Payne's if you are looking for a Auto Shop that sets themselves apart in an industry that often leaves you questioning if what was quoted to you is actually what is needed. I have been taking my vehicle here for almost 10 years and not once have I been disappointed with the service. If your car can make it to this shop, this is the the place to go.
