The customer service was outstanding. The work on my vehicle was very well done. Went in thinking I was going to make a damage to my bank account but the work was done well within my budget. Very satisfied with the work and love the shuttle that was able to take me to and from my residence. Plan to go back if any problems with my car.

Job completed as quoted (a little pricey). Future repairs unknown at this time. Will definitely post the positive or negative future repairs as I get to trust or not trust this company as future repairs are handled. That's the reason for three stars and not five or zero stars... too soon to evaluate. But will give them another try.

Mr Jason & staff always take good care of my vehicles when I bring them in. Very respectful, friendly environment. You could wait for your vehicle and enjoy refreshments or have them drop you off with the company vehicle. Also there are a few toys to entertain the little ones if they are with you.

The reason I am giving them a one star review is because of their dishonest business practices. I took my truck in for a diagnosis for $99. I received a call a couple hours later and they told me it was fixed and the total was $270. The diagnosis was a popped fuse going to the AC compressor. I asked him why they didn't call me when they had diagnosed it because I never authorized any repairs. He then told me that they had to evacuate the refrigerant system and recharge it to diagnose it, which is false. So then I asked if after they replaced the fuse ,but before touching the refrigerant, if the compressor started. He said yes. Which means recharging the system was totally unnecessary for diagnosis. I understand that a fuse is a cheap part and I had no problem paying for diagnosis and getting the compressor back up and going but never authorized the additional $160 for refrigerant. I work in the service industry, HVAC, and the second the price goes over the diagnostic amount the customer is notified and repairs are either authorized or not.

We regret any miscommunication with you, as our intent is to provide excellent service to all our customers. We mailed a check to you on 3/24/17 for the difference in the diagnostic fee and the amount you paid when the vehicle was picked up. Our policy is to only perform repairs the customer has approved. In your situation, work was done without your approval, but there were problems other than a blown fuse. There was a disconnected high pressure switch and the Freon in the system was low. In the telephone call you refer to, we offered multiple times to put the AC system back in the condition it came to us and you would only pay the diagnostic fee. You declined this option. Regardless, we do not want customers disappointed so we have refunded the difference to you discussed above.
