This was my first experience with Payne Automotive. They quickly evaluated my car’s problem, advised me of items to address that were related to the problem that I arrived with and provided a detailed estimate. Additional work at my request was also addressed. Much of the work required dash removal. I am happy to report that the work done on my car was done in an expeditious manner and was finished as promised. I am pleased with the service I received from Jason as well as the professional ability of the mechanic who worked on my car. I’ll be back.

Great service when replacing the batteries and reseting the required systems on our MB E350.

Called for an appointment and they tried to charge me $129 for a diagnostics which would be taking a gadget and hooking up to the car. I can understand if they need a fee for diagnostics but $129 is totally outrageous and is an indication of the high price of the mx needed. Bring your car in, they give a high quote and then they still make $129. Rip Off

I needed to get my car inspected. Everyone at Payne’s were professional and polite. My mechanic of 40 plus years retired and I’m grateful to be able to have a place to take my car in the future.
