Thanks so much to Jason and the team for your help. I took my car to a dealership and was quoted an over estimated price. I did my research and inquired with Payne's Automotive. I received a response within the hour and the next day took the car in for repair. The team communicated with me, gave me a ride back home, and I received a better estimate. Very customer service orientated, honest and reasonable in price!!!!! I will return as needed and spread the word to my family, friends and community.

The owner was very welcoming and professional. It was our first visit, and the first time my daughter was getting her car inspected. I appreciated how smooth the service was, and the really nice clean waiting room. Thank you for making this experience so pleasant for her. :) We will be returning!

I am so pleased with the work that Payne's Automotive did on my brakes. Prior to coming here, I had another shop change both the front and back brakes, but the brakes began to squeak terribly upon backing up. The other guys said that this was just something that happens with some brake jobs, and that there was no problem. I am glad that I took my car in to the mechanics at Payne's for a second opinion, however. It had been only 2 months, and the brakes were already worn down and in need of repair. Apparently the first shop had used low-quality products that didn't last. Payne's fixed me up right, and it is now a pleasure driving my car again!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I made an appointment for services and was given a ride back home until they were finished. I was then notified when services were completed and picked up from home brought back to the dealership and picked up my vehicle. All services were performed to my satisfaction. I will definitely be using Payne's automotive again

This is the second time I've had my pick up worked on here. They are down the street from my office. Friendly people that you can have a conversation with. Fair prices and they have done good work for me. I'll be back if I need anymore repairs. Thanks y'all

There are very few shops that I trust to work on my 1981 Fiat Spider. Paynes is a place that I can have work done and be sure that I will get an honest evaluation and fair prices for work done.
