I dropped off my Ford Explorer for an oil change and when I scheduled the appointment I was told that there would be a complimentary shuttle available to bring me home. Unfortunately, it was not there when I dropped off my truck, but instead of telling me I would have to wait for it Paynes scheduled an Uber for me at their expense. Any other place would have asked me to wait or I'd have to make my own way home but they took care of me with no problem. This is our second time using Payne's and we will continue to use them because it is the little things like this that make a lasting impression.
