I have been a client of Payne's Automotive for nearly a decade if not longer and for 4 different vehicles (Ford Mustang, Expedition, Chevrolet Impala, and a Jeep Grand Cherokee). The service is always done to perfection. As soon as i arrive, Steve's there smiling and ready to take your assessment of what's going on with your vehicle. Jason is excellent in explaining what's going on. He and Mr Dennis will call your extended warranty company and they won't allow any work to begin until you are made aware of the full amount down to the penny of what your cost is. If your vehicle will be kept overnight, they let you know before it gets too late in the day in case you need to make plans for a rental. The shuttle service is waiting to take you to work or home even before you've finished laughing with Steve or given him your keys. The mechanics are so cool. I actually laugh, talk, and learn a lot from Armando (hope I spelled his name right). Great upright guy. Everyone is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. #LoyalLifeCustomer!
