My brakes work great, the fellows gave me a real break when I was late (past closing time) to get my truck on a Friday evening, and I enjoyed being there despite my embarrasment.. Thanks!!

I had my friends son try to fix my car. He made a bigger mess. I was able to get my car in and fixed in one day. They have always been honest when they tell me what my car needs and always fix it correctly. I appreciate that. I’m glad they have a shuttle or I would have been stuck there all day.

I had my car inspected and, as usual, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The techs were fast. I came without an appointment but they fit me in quickly and they did the inspection promptly. I could not be more satisfied with my experience at Payne’s!

I have never been disappointed with the service at Payne’s Automotive. From speaking with Jason and Dennis on the phone prior to my arrival to the follow-up email describing what work was needed, I was confident that they were taking care of me. Of course, I can’t leave out Steve! He is always so kind and professional. I am also very grateful for their shuttle service. I don’t know why anyone would go somewhere else!
