Payne's Automotive is the best!! Always professional and do a GREAT job in a timely manner. Steven sends an email and text reminding you of your appointment. He also greets you when you walk In with a million dollar smile and calls you by name. I've taken both company (fleet) cars there to be serviced as well as my personal vehicles and have never had anything other than Excellent service. Highly recommend!

Granted that we are a repeat customer with two vehicles, we were truly amazed at how quickly the serious repair of our Chevy Cobalt's ignition system was accomplished. We brought it in after 1:00 PM on Friday expecting to wait until Monday to have the problem solved. After a short time we received a call to explain what was detected to be causing the malfunction a what it would take to rectify it. We approved of the solution and were pleasantly surprised to get a call by 4:00 PM that the problem had been corrected with the proper replacement parts. We had our vehicle ready for the weekend

I found myself looking for auto shops close by me a while ago. Came across paynes auto motive, looked through the reviews. Decided to give them a try so I went down their myself. 1st experience, not disappointed. Paynes automotive did a great job, actually fixed a problem a DIFFERENT shop gave me. 2nd experience, same thing. They did a great job, highly satisfied. I've been screwed over by certified big name auto shops with commercials on TV and everything multiple times... But since I've started going to paynes auto motive, every time I go to their shop I'm never disappointed. Paynes Auto Motive does a great job, prices are fair, and the amount of time they take to do the job and get it done is also great. The mechanics & technicians in the back know what their doing. The gentleman in the front desk is also very helpful, kind, and shows great customer service. I have nothing but positive things to say about Paynes, great shop, highly recommended. You won't regret going to them. This is not a paid review I am a real customer, hardly leave reviews but Paynes never let down so I had to do it. ☆☆☆☆☆

Awesome place. Knowledgeable, honest and super reliable. The only one issue for me at time is that the place is not open on Saturday (weekend). Many thanks for the great work on my truck. Update November 2019. The "service engine soon" light came on. Took my S2 pickup to Payne's. After diagnosis and replacement of needed parts, the truck drives like new for a 2002. Payne's closed shop early on that day so they delivered my truck to my work place. This is equivalent to Lexus service in my opinion. Many thanks again. Update February 2020. New problems with an old truck again. They fixed it up and it is driving good once again. Thanks to the team at Payne Automotive

As usual the front desk was friendly and the service tech did a great job in a short amount of time. Cost must less then if had gone to dealer for service. Payne's is my go to for car and truck service.

They’re all super friendly and the place is squeaky clean (unlike any other oil change place)!
