1. WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Payne's Automotive is located at 5801 Bingle Road, Houston, TX 77092 at the corner of Bingle and Tidwell just off highway 290. We are between Beltway 8 and the 610 Loop.

2. WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?

Our shop is open Monday through Friday from 7 AM - 6 PM. We perform state inspections Monday through Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM.

3. WHAT TYPES OF VEHICLES DO YOU WORK ON?

We service and repair both domestic and foreign makes and models of cars and light trucks. Our techs are qualified to work on both gasoline and diesel engines.

4. WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Payne's Automotive accepts cash, personal checks, debit cards, VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

5. DO YOU OFFER FINANCING?

We offer financing for repairs over $500 for a period of up to 90 days with NO CREDIT CHECK. A Texas checking account with valid checks, a current driver's license and your two most recent paystubs are required for approval.

6. WHAT WARRANTIES DO YOU PROVIDE?

Our shop offers a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty on all parts and labor. We are a NAPA Autocare Center and our Peace of Mind Warranty extends this coverage anywhere you travel nationwide (http://www.napaautocare.com/).
